I’m not able to reproduce that bug; what version of WordPress are you running? What URL do you see the error on?
WordPress Version 3.4.2
URL : all public page either on mobile or computer.
Same problem (on 3.4.2). Tried deactivating Super Cache in case there was a conflict but still gives error on every post I try and visit
Same problem here.
WordPress version 3.4.2
Same problem here on 3.4.2 after activating the new mobile theme in Jetpack.
I am also running 3.4.2 and Im getting the same error after activating the new mobile theme. How can we inactivate it?
Here is my error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function jetpack_is_mobile() in /home/content/72/8764172/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/minileven/minileven.php on line 42
FYI I get the error on my URL page. I didn’t even try it on a mobile device.
To deactivate it go to your WordPress dashboard, click Jetpack in the top left, scroll down to “Mobile Theme” and then click “Learn More” and “Deactivate”.
I think we’ve fixed this problem, but can any of you confirm which version of PHP your Web server is running?
I’m with Bluehost running PHP 5.2.17
I just upgraded to 5.3.16 and the problem still exists.
I’m running PHP 5.2 hosted Godaddy.
Im updating to 5.3, I let you know what happens
I’ve reproduced the bug, and until Jetpack 1.8.1 comes out, you can “fix” the problem by enabling the Subscriptions module.
If you already had the Subscriptions module enabled, let me know.
This bug has been fixed in Jetpack 1.8.1, which is now available at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jetpack/
