can’t access codex.wordpress.org from China

Hi,
I’m from china and new to the wordpress. I like the flexibilty of the wordpress. However, I found I can’t open the codex.wordpress.org. I don’t know if there some Stats show how many chinese users the wordpress have right now, but I think if more and more chinese users found they can’t access the documentation site, especially for the newcomers, which would be no good for this greate project.

I don’t know why some many sites(URLs) were blocked by China, the latest is Wiki. So, if you will consider change the domain of the ” the WordPress Codex”?

Just a curious question.
