Sorry if I wasn’t clear.
At the moment we have a ‘Get in Touch’ page where we use your contact form plugin and the mails are getting delivered to, lets say felix@domain.com.
We would like to create another page for ‘Prayer Requests’ and receive all the contact form mails coming from that particular page to another email called ian@domain.com.
Is that possible?

To put additional fields in [contatc_form] it is necessary to modify the plugin (contact_form.php file).

Thanks for writing this great contact form! I’d also like to have a second one on my site, like Felix does, which redirects to a second email account. Hopefully you can think of how to do that.
