[Plugin: Plugins Garbage Collector] Crashes with HTTP 500 for server login

I downloaded and installed Garbage collector plugin. When I activated it, it crashed midstream. Now I get an HTTP 500 error when I try to logon to my admin panel. Anything you can suggest to help, at least to roll back so I can logon, would be appreciated.
