[Plugin: Post Image Gallery] Don't waste your time

This My-post-image-gallery plug in is a waste of time.
The developer offers zero help or documentation about how to use it, as you can clearly see by the other people who’ve tried to use it without success or feedback from the developer.
I never understand why people go through the process of creating a plugin, uploading it to wordpress.org, then vanishing off the face of the earth.
As mentioned, the plugin installs just fine, but putting the shortcode in a page doesn’t work. It doesn’t get parsed.
There is some cryptic message in the Settings that says to manually edit the functions file, though this doesn’t make sense, as there are settings you can adjust right there in the Dashboard.
Maybe the php code needs to go in your template? Perhaps it’s not really a shortcode that gets parsed?
I don’t know and don’t have time to mess with it.
Too bad – sounds like the plugin did just what I needed.
