[Plugin: Facebook Events Widget] Setting up APP

    I am new to creating APPs. I tried to you this plug in. I have my own Facebook account and when I try to create the APP it gives me the ID and secret key but I need to pull events from my client’s Facebook page. It doesn’t ask for this info. So do I need to be logged into my clients Facebook acting as them as a user?

    Hi,

    sorry for the late reply.
    wordpress doesn’t send me emails on new topics.
    I saw your email and answered you there but I’ll answer also
    here for others.

    facebook app doesn’t need the fan id.
    the app acts as facebook use and is needed to send queries to facebook.
    after creating facebook app you need the fan page id which you can get
    by going to http://graph.facebook.com/PageName

    now fill the app id, secret key and fan page id in the widget settings
    and you’re done.
