Can anyone please write the code to display avatar beside the name in reviews, and include site link in the customer’s name? It should be easy, but I am not expert in theme developing. Please help if anyone can. I need it for my Bangladesh Travel Site. Thanks in advance!

I am having this written for my website (check the link from time to time to see the update) so when a visitor logs in and posts a review his avatar appears. His username will also be used rather than asking for a name.
