    Couple of questions about jetpack:

    1. Stats: Many people have posted about the “other posts” button not providing any information other than than the number of other posts read, but I have not seen anyone explain how to resolve this or why it works this way. Can anyone please shed some light on this matter? I used to use a wordpress.com site and have now moved to my own hosted site with the wordpress.org software. I loved how stats worked at wordpress.com, but have not really been satisfied with stats through jetpack so far.

    2. Subscribers. Is there a way to receive an e-mail when I get a new e-mail subscriber through the jetpack plugin? Also, on wordpress.com the “followers” section listed twitter followers along with comment and blog followers. Is this possible through jetpack as well?

Any assistance is much appreciated. Thanks!

    *bumping up this question*
I’m wondering about subscribers too but it hasn’t been answered. I’m searching through the forum to see if I can learn how to see who my subscribers are.

Here’s a post on how to view your subscribers.

On subscribers: it isn’t currently possible, on the Jetpack side, to group your Twitter, Facebook, and email followers together. This may become available in the future, however, so keep an eye on Jetpack’s releases.

On Stats, can you provide more information, rachelfhirsch?

The stats question has actually already been addressed. A little while after I posted this, wordpress seemed to fix the issue, except often times now my stats on the graph won’t match the stats listed under “total views of posts on this blog”. But I suppose that’s a separate issue and some sort of glitch.

Today I noticed that the layout for subscribers changed, though. It now reads “followers (includes publicize) and gives a link to the wordpress.com page about the Publicize feature. BUT with jetpack, I can’t seem to found how I can use Publicize. Any thoughts?

Publicize is only available for WordPress.com users currently. There was an update to the code that handles this screen that caused this message to be displayed in Jetpack when it shouldn’t have been displayed. My apologies.

I currently have 49 subscribers/users that are signed up and following my blog. Many of these folks are friends that I know are getting the automatic update emails to let them know I have posted a new blog post. My problem is that only one of them shows up as a user/subscriber on my ADMIN page. Why can’t I see all my subscribers. This is aggravating and I cannot figure out how to fix this. I want this information so I can market to them down the road via email. Please help!!! Thanks in advance!!!
