[Plugin: Pricing Table] Error of publication

    Hi,
    what i saw is the error is not with pricing table plugin.

    btw, I’m publishing a tutorial in few hours, how to use pricing table.

    I get the same output like Maxxannik. Pls have a look at your ./tpls/price_table.php it contains static html (e.g. line 82 – 90 and 105 – EOF), hence I had the same problem. As well line 1 to 4 are (to say at least) doubtable on what they should be for.

    Maybe the download file for 1.0.1 just contains the wrong price_table.php ? As well: in ./tpls/ you supply a index.html, which is usually not necessary.

    Keep up with your good work! I would immediatly use your plugin once those bugs are fixed.
