    is your status busy? could also be a server communication issue, maybe your php logs would say more?

    I have the same issue.
    My status is available. what do you mean about php logs saying more?
    Any more ideas on why its not working?

    glad this got bumped, because apparantly google has deactivated this service.

    i don’t think this plugin will work anymore, in fact chances are this should just be deleted from the repo.

    I had to change this for the client that originally sponsored this. Ended up going for a paid solution, olark (which is pretty good!)
