[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Jetpack on a Windows Server

When I go to install Jetpack it installs, but when I go to Connect I get: Jetpack could not contact WordPress.com: register_http_request_failed. This usually means something is incorrectly configured on your web host.

There are no HTTP transports available which can complete the requested request

I saw that increasing the max_execution_time default from 30 to 300 at http://whocoulddiz.be/2011/03/21/jetpack-time-out-on-register-http-request-failed/ but that didn’t do it
