Call to undefined function w3tc_dbcache_flush() when enabling Shopp e-commerce

    Hi, I have WordPress 3.2.1 and am receiving a blank page when I try to turn on Shopp e-commerce tracking (I have Shopp 1.1.9). This is in my error.log file:

    [error] [client 173.60.203.106] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function w3tc_dbcache_flush() in ../public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/googleanalytics.php on line 236, referer: http://www….com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=google-analytics-for-wordpress

    What’s funny is that I have W3 Total Cache installed but DISABLED, so this shouldn’t be getting called. But even when I enable it, this error still happens!

    Could you please fix this so I can get shopp integration working? I’ll look at commenting that line out.

    Found it on another site with no Shopp and WordPress 3.1.4 and working W3 Total Cache 0.9.2.1 (the version that works best for me).

    Someone please fix this.
