[Plugin: Technical Support] Feature request/idea

I just found this plugin and it sounds beneficial for some of my uses. I read your FAQ tab on the WP plugin page and saw the request to upload a screen shot. Instead (since some clients might not know how to take one or not want to take one, save, upload, and send), I think I would prefer to see a “submit a tech support request about this page” type of link on every page so I can tell which page they were having issues with. I understand that won’t cover all issues, but I think it would be as or more valuable as a screen shot.
Please let me know your thoughts on this idea and what might be in store for the next release and when that might be. Thanks so much!
