    I made an error in how I updated my account from Basic to Pro, and the support team got back to me in record time and fixed it. I’m so grateful because you never want to be caught making a mistake like that with a client. Also, I’ve been using the plugin now for a couple of weeks and really love all of its features; that’s why I was upgrading.
