Great plugin, excellent technical support

I’ve been using Woo Discount Rules on a fairly complex WooCommerce store, dealing with some advanced discount scenarios and compatibility issues with another plugin used for custom product options.

Over the past few months, I’ve contacted their support team several times about these issues, and my experience has been consistently positive.

The support team has always been patient, knowledgeable, and willing to investigate the issues rather than just provide generic answers. They’ve helped me with code snippets, configuration advice, and even arranged a live call to discuss the best approach for a specific promotion.

A special thanks to Pavithra and Kanimozhi, who have been particularly helpful, but also to everyone else I’ve spoken with. There have been quite a few people involved, and I genuinely appreciate the time and effort they’ve put into helping me.

As a developer, I particularly appreciate being able to discuss technical issues with people who actually understand what I’m trying to achieve.

The plugin is flexible and does its job well, but having this level of support when dealing with more complex scenarios makes a big difference.
