    My hosting provider sent me an email alerting me to an error:

    Uncaught Error: Class “Updraftplus\Updraftplus\Wizard\onboarding\Onboarding” not found in /srv/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/class-onboarding.php:89.

    Hi,

    It could be that the plugin didn’t unpack correctly when installed (this is extremely common in WordPress)

    1. While logged into your FTP/File Manager, delete the renamed updraftplus-temp folder completely (Note: Your saved backups and settings are stored safely in the database and the wp-content/updraft directory, so they will not be lost).
    2. Go back to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Plugins > Add New, search for UpdraftPlus, and try and install the plugin again.

    I haven’t received any more error emails from the hosting provider, so I assume the issue has been resolved. Thanks for your help!
