Booking Form Changed with upgrade

    Hi Team,

    I upgraded the Webba Version on our site to the latest version and the booking form stopped working and the number of vacant slots went from 2 to 1. When I tried to relink the booking form to the Contact Form 7 form it wouldnt let me and your document told me that you move the form inside the system (great idea btw). The problem is that with the free version you can only have one form, which would be fine if I could change the form that is the default to match the requirements of the old one, but it wont let me do that.

    To try to get the site back up and accepting bookings, I tried to roll back the version to reaccept the old Contact Form 7 forms but so far I am at Version 6.4.19 and the system still wont let revert back to that. Can you help me please.

    Hi @petmoves ,

    Thanks for explaining the situation, and I’m sorry for the confusion caused by the upgrade.

    The Contact Form 7 integration is only available in Webba Booking version 5. Starting with version 6, Contact Form 7 is no longer supported for booking forms. Instead, Webba uses its own built-in Form Builder, which is why you’re no longer able to link your previous Contact Form 7 form after upgrading.

    Rolling back to 6.4.19 will not restore the Contact Form 7 integration, as this is still part of version 6. To use your previous Contact Form 7 setup again, you would need to downgrade to version 5.

    Please also note that the Form Builder is a Pro feature. Due to WordPress.org community guidelines, we’re unable to discuss or provide support for Pro features here.

    Regarding the number of available slots changing from 2 to 1, that is a separate issue that we can investigate further once your version upgrade issue is resolved.
