Not Getting Security by CleanTalk authorization code

    The authorization code is not being sent to my email, so I can’t log in. I checked the spam folder already.

    Hello alchemistthreadworks,

    To disable 2fa on the site, please click “Settings” button under your site name in the CleanTalk dashboard, then check “Turn two factor authentication (2FA) off”, save. After a few minutes, the site will disable 2fa.

    After that, deal with your site’s mail server. It’s the one that sends emails with the authorization code.
