You’re apparently using the W3 Total Cache plugin to optimize the output. Deactivate this plugin to see if that changes the output for you. If so, then this plugin is to blame for what you’re seeing.

the latest post is called to germ and was published yesterday! When i access via tor i can see it, also via preview button when logged in the panel!!! Tor also dont show the map!

By the way, you shouldn’t have to use the Tor browser (I assume that’s what you mean) to test access. It’s enough to simply open an incognito window. In that window, you’re not logged into your WordPress site, but you’ll see what your visitors see.
i completely deactivated the plugin! Not working! I also tried an incognito window but it showed the old site! Onky tor showed the new!

I can still see that W3 Total Cache is enabled. Why don’t you try disabling it to rule it out as the cause? If that doesn’t make a difference, check your other plugins to see which ones might also be setting a cache. Even the multilingual plugin could be doing that. Maybe just try disabling them all to rule them out and find the culprit that way.

You can tell that the caching plugin is active by looking at the page’s source code.

strange thing is, i just tested it again on tor and it shows the new site! I really disabled all plugins! Ecxept the drop in plugin which is advanced cache and direct php file u cannot disable over the panel!?? 🤪

I would first disable W3 Total Cache temporarily and check the site again. If that fixes it, I’d clear all W3TC caches and re-enable it.
As an alternative, I’d also test with a simpler caching plugin such as WP Super Cache or Cache Enabler. For the shortcode, I’d exclude that page from caching first, especially if the OpenStreetMap content is generated dynamically.

This is 100% a stale cache.
Going directly to the provided URL shows the “old site”: WordPress admin bar with translator at the top, latest post date June 23 (titled “powerlaser straight focus” in English), and HTML source shows the presence of W3 Total Cache plugin.
But adding a random query parameter to the URL (to bypass the cache) shows the “new site” with no WordPress admin bar, latest post date September 18 (titled “Top Gem” in English), and the HTML source shows no trace of W3 Total Cache or any other caching plugin at all.
So, while the caching plugin seems to be disabled, the previously cached file still exists somewhere on the server and is being served to visitors.
1) Check your hosting environment to see if there’s any server-level caching, and flush or disable it.
2) If there’s no server-level cache or if flushing it doesn’t solve the problem, enable the W3 Total Cache plugin and fully flush/empty all caches before disabling it.
3) As a last resort, access your site’s files and delete the wp-content/cache/ folder where the WP Total Cache plugin stores its cache.
