I have treid several times, a generated a new key, and copy that to the plugin wordpress site, but if I save the new key, the old key wil be stay there, so there is no connecting with my site and cleantalk.

I have delete the plugin, and install again, but still the same, i cant save the new key, the old key stay there.

I now delete the plugin again, and wil delete all cache files. and try again. Is it possible the the cleantalk plugin has a conflict with a other plugin? or, is it becourse i use already the antispam on a sub-domain?

I dont put here the website url, i did that ones, and give me tons of spam.

    Hello amagsumov,

Its solved, but on a other way. There is a difference between “add website” on top of the account, and “add website” below in the account.

The top one add a website to the same account, and the lower “add website” make a new account with a new account AND in the head account. So you have 2 different ” accounts” and also 2 different access keys. The one in the new account works, the one in the head account, has a different key. Thats why it doesnt work. So I delete the websites (3) in the head account, and add only with the top button a new website, and now it works wel. So if some has the same problem with more than 1 website, thats the solution.

    Thank you for your update.

I’m glad to know the issue is resolved.

To clarify regarding the “Add website” buttons on the dashboard (https://cleantalk.org/my?cp_mode=antispam): both options add the domain to your current account. I tested this on my end to confirm.

    Thank you.

Yes, thats right. But, if you use the lower one, you get a email, with inlog, and that makes a new account for that website. So you have in your current account the same website as in the new made account. Only the acceskey works than with wordpress of the new account, the website listed in it current account, has a other accesskey. So on the same time, there wil be made 2 listings, with 2 different access keys.

Then i delete all listed website, and use only the top “add website” and now i see 3 websites, no apart account per website, and its now working with the access key in the head account.

Now i have a other issue, the malwarescanner stops after a minute, and give a internal error, but i send therefor a ticket in the system.
