Hi @boopet ,
Thanks for the details. I just tested the free license signup with a Gmail address and it went through fine, so the activation flow itself is working, this looks like it’s specific to the email address (or provider/domain) you’re using rather than a general bug. See the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/jmQD0gJNNmpu
A few things worth checking on your end:
- Try a mainstream provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) if you haven’t already, just to confirm it’s domain-specific
- Double-check for any extra spaces, or unusual characters/formatting in the address
- If you’re using a custom domain or a “+” alias (e.g. name+wordfence@yourdomain.com), try without the alias
- Clear your browser cache/cookies or try in a private/incognito window, in case a cached form value is being resubmitted
If none of that resolves it, this is likely a server-side validation rule on Wordfence’s end (e.g. their signup system flagging your specific domain/TLD), which isn’t something we can see or adjust from outside their team.
In that case, I’d recommend reaching out to Wordfence support with the exact email address you’re trying to register (or a support form/screenshot) so they can check their end.
Thank You
