Hello @sallamkashif,
I hope things are going well for you.
This sounds more like a Paypal Live key issue, as it is still working in Sandbox mode, yet the error is generated. It is generic. To get more detailed information, would you please do a few things?
– Could you please enable debug mode by following this guide: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
– Also, enable the Forminator Debug mode: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#integrations-not-working.
– After enabling debug mode, please enable PayPal debug mode from here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#debug-mode
First, Debug mode is native to WordPress for storing logs. Second, Debug mode is for Forminator to save Forminator and its add-on-specific logs.
Additionally, if you share the Form export with us so we can try it on our end
– Navigate to the “Forminator -> Forms” page in your site’s back-end
– click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question
– select the “Export” option
– copy the given export code and paste it at https://pastebin.com
– include the link to that paste in your response below.
Note: this export will not include any data that is already submitted – they’ll stay safely on your site, and we don’t need them anyway.
Once you enable debug mode, please try again. When you get the error, please find the debug.log file at public_html > wp-content > debug.log and share it with us.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind Regards,
