    Hi,

Since updating the plugin, my button aren’t working on both sites.

The short code is still in place but I get a message that I need to configure checkout in settings.

Hi, The settings page should show what fields are required. Please also check the updated instructions.

    Hi,

I already had the plugin installed and have used it for a long time.

It would have been useful to know that after the plugin update that my payment button shortcodes would no longer work.

Your updated instructions don’t seem to explain where I put product details such as description and price.

    What am I missing?

We had to update the code in response to a security review. The plugin now requires you to create products and use the product shortcode to create a button. You will also need to configure a checkout page URL where payment options will appear.

    OK, thanks

So I can create a simple buy now button but how do I create the payment buttons that I used before?

I tried adding an image to the product. That didn’t work.

Is my only option to have a separate checkout page rather than my current in-page checkout section?

Is your other plugin, Checkout for PayPal also affected by the security issue?

I would prefer to stay with the plugin as it has worked really well but if it can’t offer what I need, I will find alternative solutions.

Is there a way to have the buttons as I have them now on https://www.tradesharktennis.com?

Is your other plugin also affected by the security issue?

The removed features were part of PayPal’s older integration and were only available in this plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-paypal/advanced/). I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. But the update was released to prevent the plugin from closing (not because i suddenly felt like making all these changes). Thank you for understanding.

For whatever reason, you are ignoring my direct questions. I will assume that the new version is not able to meet my needs.
