    Ive been trying unsuccessfully to activate the Site Kit plug in and get the following error

    Unknown Error (code: Unable to retrieve site connection. You may need to perform a plugin reset.)

    ive reset the plug and deleted then reinstalled but get the same error message

    Ive currently re activted the GA google analytics plugin, but this was deactivated when installing the site kit

    Please help!

    Hello @quitesimplypropertysolutions, thanks for opening a support topic for your issue. Can you first confirm if by plugin reset, you mean the reset documented on this page? If you haven’t reset this way, please try this and confirm if you encounter the same issue when setting up Site Kit once more.

    If you continue to face the issue, please can you share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. I can then review your setup and suggest some next steps if needed.

    You can also try following these troubleshooting steps to see if you see the same error while in troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit active.
