• I’ve connected hubspot, created a form but then when I try and map my fields this is what I get on the form integration page. I’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting a few times.

    Hi @ksenter4 ,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I’ve tested this behavior on my end, but it seems to be working properly: https://snipboard.io/nG8KdO.jpg

Could you please go to the HubSpot connector where you’re having the issue and, on this page, share a screenshot of the console in the browser dev tools with us?

You can open it by doing a right click > Inspect and clicking on the Console tab:

To share the screenshot, you can use a service like Google Drive, but set the share link to public before adding it to your next reply.

    Best Regards,

UPDATE: This is some feedback I got about it…

Your site isn’t blocking Forminator. Forminator is using a HubSpot API that HubSpot shut down. That failed API request creates the admin-ajax.php 500, which is why the integration screen is blank.

I would contact WPMU DEV/Forminator support. This is effectively a compatibility bug in their integration. Their code is trying to call:

    contacts/v1/lists

when HubSpot now expects the v3 Lists API.

    Hello @ksenter4,

Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for sharing further information and the screenshot from the console.

Since the issue isn’t replicated on our lab environment, it probably doesn’t appear to be a general bug within the plugin itself. However, it could be something specific to your environment/set up.

Could you please confirm if you are using the most recent version of the Forminator plugin? Which is v1.57.1. If not, could you please update the plugin to the latest version and check if the issue still appears?

Also, since the console error points to HTTP 500 error on the AJAX request, can you please enable debug logging on your website after securing a full backup. Once done, please try opening the HubSpot integration and replicate the issue.

This will generate a log about the error on /wp-content/debug.log file. Could you please share the Fatal Error and the stack trace recorded there? This would help us check the issue further in the correct direction.

To enable debug logging, you can refer to the Guide here: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging

You can also reach out to your hosting support if they can share the PHP Error Logs for the recent events.

Please share the logs with us so that we can take a closer look at them and check the issue further.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh
