Not showing in mobile

Hello,

I’ve tried everything, but I’m having trouble using MetaSlider.

It renders perfectly on desktop, but when I access it on mobile, the slides don’t appear—it just shows a white area.

Im using Elementor. Can help me?

it seems you have more than one slideshow on this page. Which one is causing problems? If you need to share screenshots, you can use https://imgbb.com/ or Google Drive.

Hello again,

Desktop works 100%. In mobile not show returning in blank space.
Im using various slider in page.

I noticed you are using version 3.112.0-beta3. If you use version 3.111.2 instead (latest stable release), does something changes?

Hello,

Version of plugin Meta Slider Slideshow downgraded.
Problem continues.

iOS and Android devices not show the slider elements. Desktop works.

I’m seeing the same issue on Safari for MacOS (desktop). Does your slideshows have a value in the width setting? You can see this when editing the slideshow in Main Options > Width.

Yes. And I need enable 100% Width Option to work in desktop, unmark this option return same bug error on desktop.

Can you try adding this custom CSS in your site and see if makes a difference:
```
.elementor-widget-shortcode:has(.metaslider) {
  width: 100%;
  flex-basis: 100%;
}
```

Custom CSS added.
Tested in 5 devices iOS and now is working.
