FunnelKit’s support has been consistently excellent I’ve raised tickets on genuinely difficult problems: session linking behaviour, attribution data not matching what we expected checkout field edge cases that only showed up under load Every time they engaged with the actual technical detail instead of sending me a canned reply and closing the ticket. When something needed escalating to their developers it got escalated and I got a real answer back
