No worries at all! Yes, WooPay can be disabled if you don’t want to offer it as a payment option.
Before I suggest a solution, could you please clarify where exactly you would like to disable or hide WooPay?
For example, are you looking to:
- Remove WooPay from appearing on the Checkout page for customers?
- Or remove/disable the WooPay option under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments?

Currently, I’m unable to view the System Status Report because the link is showing as expired.
However, if your goal is to remove WooPayments/WooPay from your site, please try the following:
- First, check whether the WooPayments plugin is enabled by going to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Installed Plugins.
- If it is enabled and you want to completely remove WooPayments, you can deactivate the plugin.
- Then go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments and look for WooPayments. Click the three dots next to it and select Hide.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please share a screenshot showing exactly where you’re seeing the WooPay option. You can use Snipboard to capture and share the screenshot.
