Multiple admin pages not loading

    Hi,

    I’ve had everything functional for over a year, but now I’m getting the ‘oops something went wrong’ message on these admin pages:
    Home → error
    Customers → error
    Extensions → error
    Payments → error, incl. all sub menus
    Analytics → error, incl. all sub menus
    Marketing → error, except for coupons sub menu

    I’ve updated my WordPress and all plugins. My theme is Hello Elementor.

    I’ve tried deactivating my plugins one by one, and every time clearing website cache. Including the Google Site Kit plugin and the Woocommerce for Google plugin.

    I looked at Console, which also after clearing cache shows error that includes:
    – ‘TypeError: n[e] is not a function’, coming from woocommerce/assets/client/admin/app/index.js
    – ‘It’s possible that you are loading beacon script multiple times’. This is in the cdn.sift.com folder.

    I’ve tried the health/troubleshooting plugin, but honestly couldn’t make any sense of it. Troubleshooting mode doesn’t include Woocommerce plugins.

    Thanks for sharing all these details, including the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried and the console errors.

    The TypeError: n[e] is not a function error coming from woocommerce/assets/client/admin/app/index.js is particularly useful, as it suggests that something is interfering with the WooCommerce Admin JavaScript. Since several WooCommerce admin sections are affected, this could be related to a JavaScript conflict, cached/combined assets, or another plugin/service injecting scripts into the admin area.

    Since you mentioned that you’ve already tried deactivating the plugins one by one, could you please confirm whether you also deactivated Elementor and Elementor Pro during this test?

    Also, could you please confirm whether you tested the site with all plugins deactivated except WooCommerce, while temporarily switching the theme to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five?

    If you haven’t performed this complete conflict test yet, could you please try it and then check whether the same issue occurs on the WooCommerce admin pages?

    If the issue still occurs with only WooCommerce active and Twenty Twenty-Five enabled, could you please share the relevant error logs from WooCommerce → Status → Logs?

    You can copy the relevant log contents to Pastebin and share the generated link with us. When creating the Pastebin, please enable the “Burn after read” option so the log information is automatically removed after it has been viewed.

    This will help us determine whether the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict or from another underlying problem.
