Awesome plugin! Awesome support!

I switched to HIPAAtizer after evaluating another solution and am very glad I did. The form builder is very robust and customizable. There are also provider features that make this a must have solution for HIPAA forms.

I also need to give a shout out to the level of support. There is great documentation, email and video meetings for the personal touch.

I highly recommend HIPAAtizer.
