Local Link Checking Not Working. Only The Cloud Link Checking Works!

Despite several tries, the local broken link checking is not working. It shows ‘No broken links found’ although the site is having close to 200 broken links at least in cloud link checking! Furthermore, ‘403 Forbidden’ is the major chunk flagged as broken links in cloud link checking, although a human can access those 403 links in a browser. After fixing a few, true 404 broken links, clearing the cache, and rescanning for broken links, BLC still flags the corrected/unlinked links as broken.

BLC is not the same BLC as it was before way back in 2013!
