Feedback on changelog formatting

Hello and thanks for the plugin.

I maintain a number of sites and so read a lot of changelogs. Site Kit’s really sticks out as one where the changelog format is so developer-centric as to be difficult to parse and use for site maintainers. Adding a one or two line summary of important user-facing changes and other notable UI changes would be extremely helpful when evaluating updates.
