Email Customization – Response to Question

    Hi, the Review Reminder email template includes a color picker to define the colours. However the Q&A Reply Notification email does not. I downloaded the template as suggested on the page, and was able to change the header background. However, the button that links to the product is part of the body content that is NOT available in the email template. Could you please advise how best to modify this color (and if I could suggest – it would be great to have color pickers in the page as you do for the review template.)

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    If you have some experience with coding, the plugin offers a filter cr_qna_email_product_button that you can use to modify the button with a code snippet. In the next update of the plugin, we will also introduce colour pickers, so you will be able to customise colour of the button using the user interface.
