Hi, we recently started using WS Form Lite on our WordPress site and have two forms set up. Both forms are showing the same issue:
- Email notifications worked correctly for the first few submissions.
- After that, notifications stopped sending entirely and no emails are coming through anymore.
- Submissions are still being received and logged correctly in the WS Form dashboard, so the forms themselves are functioning.
- This is happening on both forms, not just one.

In almost all cases, when submissions are saved but email notifications stop, the issue is upstream and related to how your website is sending email rather than WS Form itself. The fact that notifications worked initially and then stopped on both forms also points to an email delivery issue.

At minimum I would recommend installing and configuring an SMTP plugin connected to an SMTP service.
