Unsubscribe link?

    Hi,

    Some of the customers complained that they don’t want to receive email reminders and that there isn’t an option to unsubscribe. I don’t see any shortcode or setting in the plugin that would give us the option for customers to unsubscribe from emails.
    Am I missing something or is this option just not there?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    If you are using the Free version, and you want to have an unsubscribe link in the review reminder email, you can follow steps below:

    – go to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Switch the Verified Reviews option to Independently verified
    – go to Emails tab > Review Reminder > Mailer: CusRev AWS

    There is an unsubscribe link at the footer of the review reminder email when using the standard template of CusRev. Screenshot https://ibb.co/3mv6B9dZ
