Hi @antoniofourmark ,
I suspect this may be related to your Jetpack connection or a similar configuration issue on your site. To look into this properly, could you please share your site URL?
If you’d prefer to keep it private, you can reach us through this contact form.
If you go that route, please include a link to this thread so we have the full context.
Thanks!
Hi @antoniofourmark
Thank you for providing the URL.
I noticed there are some important updates available. WordPress itself is on 6.8.5, which is below the minimum version Jetpack currently supports, and both Jetpack (15.2) and Jetpack Social (7.2) are several versions behind the latest. The connection screen can experience issues due to this, so I recommend first updating WordPress core, then updating Jetpack and Jetpack Social to their latest versions.
Also, your site is currently loading over both http:// and https:// (and over more than one URL). Jetpack needs the site to answer on a single address, otherwise the reconnect step gets bounced back to the same page instead of completing. Please make sure both the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” under Settings > General use the https:// version, and that any http:// request redirects to https://. Since your domain is running through Cloudflare, that redirect is usually configured there. You can read more about this requirement here: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/fixing-jetpack-connection-issues/#https
After making these changes, head to Jetpack > Social in your WordPress dashboard and reconnect LinkedIn. One note specific to LinkedIn: its connection needs to be re-authorized periodically (about once a year), so seeing it ask for reconnection is normal. More on connecting LinkedIn here: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-social/linkedin/
If the reconnect still doesn’t go through after updating and fixing the address settings, reply here, and we’ll take a closer look from our end.
