• UM keeps sending us emails about auto-renew of “extension pass”, which we do not have, and have never had. We have been in touch with support via thier website, have responded to the emils, etc. and have heard NOTHING back. Today a charge of $249 USD came into our account for “extension pass”. This is ridiculous and borders on fraudulent. Hoping to finally get a response here in this thread.

    You can stop renewing your subscription in your account on ultimatemember.com. If you purchased one of our products by mistake or simply decided not to use it, you can request a refund within 30 days. When submitting a refund request, please include your payment transaction information. But this must be done through the official website, and not through the support forum for free users.
