Thanks for sharing your suggestion. We can definitely see how having the ability to insert Atomic Components directly in Gutenberg and configure their properties there would make building content much more flexible.
At the moment, this functionality isn’t available in Elementor. If you’d like to see it considered for a future release, we encourage you to submit it as a feature request here:
