5 stars for their support! I have not been long in the WordPress community but talking to support representatives usually comes with a frustration of being helpless. WPML Support and Andrey look closely to the issue and proposed workarounds till they figure out a solution to the issue even if it was not actually their issue to fix. Also they are very organized, providing a sandbox site to re-produce the issue and make various tests. Thank you!
