• I post every day on my own blog since years, so I was startled when I noticed in Jetpack stats that I have only a 14-days streak. The detailed stats say that on June 18 I did not post anything: but I did post https://xmau.com/notiziole/2026/06/18/pesa-sul-vantaggio/ , which I wrote the previous evening (June 17@ 21:56:22, the site says) and postdated to 04:51 CEST as I always do, so it’s not a problem of timezone. What may have happened?

(I forgot to add that I had a conversation with Jetpack’s AI which eventually suggested to ask here, so the obvious errors were always ruled out)

    Hi @mau-1,

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your blog streak which is currently showing at 3280 days, since 2017. (Congratulations!)

I did notice that there was a sync discrepancy between the server and your site that was resolved recently. If you logged in at that time, you may have seen outdated information.

If you’re still seeing a wrong streak record (14-day instead of 3280-day streak), would you share more information? On what page are you seeing this? Would you share the screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end? (Feel free to scrub any sensitive info).

well. yesterday I cheated and added a second (fake) entry for that date, so that Jetpack saw the streak anyway. I could remove that entry and look what happens, but I don’t think it’s worth trying. It there had been a sync discrepancy which were resolved, it’s ok with me: if this will ever happen, I’ll just wait some days to see if it will be resoled.

    Thanks!
