At attempting to edit any template parts with the block editor, I’m getting the following error…

TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'addEventListener')

I would appreciate if someone would give me an idea or confirm that this is indeed something to do with the Jetpack plugin?

Furthermore, I’m getting numerous “invalid item” warnings for existing images and especially for URL links that are already defined in the template. In other words, those items are disappearing from the template part in the editor and cannot be edited.

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to deactivate all plugins and switch to one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in without affecting normal visitors to your site.
