    Installed the plugin, finished the setup.
    Came back to the dashboard and only got a message saying there’s an update, but clicking it only shows another message that the update has failed, even reinstalling the latest version still doesn’t help.

    Same. Uninstalled plugin as it was failing to update. Installed fresh and immediately says it needs update and update fails. At least update manager is no longer recording it needing an update. Perhaps it is just a stale banner? Hope it gets cleared off soon.
