Poor support from Liquid Web

I currently have multiple tickets with Liquid web regarding this plugin and licenses.

I have not heard back from Liquid web about any of these support issues. I am now posting as separate support tickets here in the hope of receiving answers.

Starting to feel like its time to abandon ship if the new owners are unable to support the product.
