    Hi

I like your plugin. What is the recommended way to translate labels, messages, and other user-facing text in the plugin? Is it compatible with WPML or Polylang, or is there any built-in translation option available? I appreciate any guidance.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, Smart Support is compatible with WPML, so you can use WPML to translate labels, messages, and other user-facing strings displayed by the plugin.

In addition, Smart Support automatically uses your site’s WordPress language setting and will display its built-in texts in the selected WordPress language whenever a translation is available.

To change your WordPress site language:

WordPress Admin → Settings → General → Site Language

Simply select your preferred language from the dropdown menu and save the changes. Smart Support will then automatically switch to that language.

If you need help translating specific custom labels or strings with WPML, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.

    Best regards,
    Support Team
