unable to update the plugin

    We checked the logs on our end and can see that our plugin update is failing with the following error:

    “Destination directory for file streaming does not exist or is not writable.”

    This usually indicates a file or folder permission issue on the WordPress installation. Could you please check the file and directory permissions across your WordPress site and ensure that WordPress has write access to the required directories, especially the wp-content, plugins, and upgrade folders?

    Once the permissions have been corrected, please try updating the plugin again and let us know if the issue persists.
