Best Backup Plugin – Amazing Service and Customer support

Wow, this is THE BACKUP Plugin of my dreams! Outstanding.

I have tried many WordPress backup plugins and all have downfalls.

Blogvault just works and it´s soooo cool. So many options and the best features to have your webs safe.

And their customer support is amazing. You do not have to wait days for a response. They are always there for you. Love it!

I´m sooo happy I finally found the best backup plugin for WordPress : )

A Dream Come True!

I am a first time user of this plugin, and am in the process of creating my first backup. I used UpDraft for a long time, but I have a very large photography website that I needed to back up, and I was unable to and migrate the site without a lot of time invested, plus UpDraft would time out and not work when I tried to migrate the site.

With BlogVault, my first backup was made in under an hour. With UpDraft, it would take 3-4 hours, and use my server resources. I kept running out of room.

With BlogVault, the time of the backup is cut down as well as how future backups are preformed; it will sync your new files to your site, no need to take a complete backup again.

I will continue to use UpDraft on other smaller sites, but if you have a large site that is too big to backup, check out BlogVault.

I will update this review if anything changes, but at least I can sleep tonight without worrying about my site having issues. I am so thankful for BlogVault.

Thanks for a great plugin!

Great Support!

Very good, reliable support! My question was replied very quick and Akshat was very helpful. Unfortunately plugin didn‘t worked for my purpose, but this was my fault. Got a refund straight away with no questions asked. This wasn‘t customer support, not customer care. It‘s Customer SUCCESS! I can recommend this plugin and service fully.

Awesome!

great protect for your website and easy to use..

before using this website i detected hack and malware, just run it and clean !! viollaa !!

Absolutely Fantastic

I used this service on 2 hacked sites and it is absolutely fantastic. Many other services only find compromised files in WordPress files themselves and not injections outside WordPress. Even when I tested a website restore service, it would restore the WordPress site but leave all infected files outside WordPress intact. Blogvault cleaned all files with the click of a button, a life saver! PLUS, support is extremely responsive and helpful. Cannot ask for more.

Life saver!

If it wasn’t for signing up with blog vault and keeping my back up safe, I wouldn’t have a site today. My hosting screwed up my c-panel and just said – oh hey well sorry about that.

Luckily I had my site’s database and files backed-up by Blog Vault.

BOOM! Their migrate function helped get me set right back up within no time. Honestly, it is one of those times where the value was undeniable.

Good work!
