Cannot Use Drag & Drop Editor

    Hi there,

    When I’m in “Design Your Email” and I switch to the Drag & Drop Editor, the “Section, Element and Post Blocks” quickly appear, then disappear, so I can’t use them.

    I tried it on a couple different browsers but the same thing is happening.

    Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi @myworldz,

    Sorry to hear you’re facing this issue.

    To help us investigate, could you please share:

    • Your WordPress version
    • Your Icegram Express version
    • Whether you see any errors in the browser console?

    Meanwhile, please try using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This is the safest way to rule out conflicts:

    1. Install the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin
    2. Go to Tools → Site Health → Troubleshooting Mode
    3. Enable troubleshooting mode (this won’t affect your live site visitors)
    4. Disable all plugins except Icegram Express
    5. Switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Five)
    6. Check if the Drag & Drop blocks still disappear

    If the issue stops in troubleshooting mode, it usually indicates a conflict with another plugin or theme.

    Once you try this, please let us know the result and we’ll help you narrow it down further.
