There’s no limit to how many free keys an email address can request, so there’s no harm in retrying after already requesting one.
I only ask that to make sure everything else has been tried first. You should still have access to the Wordfence > Tools menu to send us a diagnostic report so we can take a closer look at what might be going wrong. You can send that to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
