Very disappointing experience with Shiprocket.

Very disappointing experience with Shiprocket. I am paying approximately ₹2006 monthly platform fees but faced poor communication and unresolved support regarding a shipment issue.

The shipment was marked as lost/interim lost, only a partial amount was credited, multiple queries remained unanswered, and despite requesting that the shipment should not be disposed of, it was later marked as disposed and the credited amount was reversed as well.

Now the product is gone and the refund amount has also been deducted. Expected better communication and clearer resolution for sellers.
