No AIOSEO Data Showing in Page Source Code

    Hi Folks,

    I have just updated to WP 7.0 and run All in One SEO Version 4.9.7.2

    On any view-source:https://… page view on my site:

    Gives line 18: <!– All in One SEO 4.9.7.2 – aioseo.com –>
    and line 76: <!– All in One SEO –> but but all lines in between are blank.

    That said, all seems to be working and the social media seem to be getting the “meta property= og” data and rendering it correctly.

    I find it odd that what it is not showing on browsers which are not signed into WP. When I check on a signed-in WP Admin page – all is fully shown.

    Hey @hiskingdomprophecy,

    It looks like all the meta data is being appended to line 5, which is not correct behaviour, but it works fine and doesn’t cause any issues.

    If you paste this into your browser, you will see the tags between the delimiters:

    Thanks for your speedy and clear response.

    With that I was able to isolate the issue: my minify plugin “Fast Velocity Minify” is not WP7.0 compliant, as turning it off, fixes everything.

    I have reported this issue to them, but don’t expect a reply, as it seems the plugin has now been pretty much abandoned…. Will wait for a week and then move to another plugin I guess…..
